Montbéliard, located in eastern France near the Swiss border, is a historic city founded in the 10th century with deep roots in commerce, education, and cultural exchange. Known for its charming old town, Renaissance architecture, and annual festivals, it shares St. Charles’ commitment to community, heritage, and international friendship.
